About the practice

Digital infrastructure for missions that outlast us

Delaney PM Consulting is a project management and digital consulting practice for ministries, non-profits, and community organizations. We plan, build, and maintain the technology a mission actually runs on each week: a clear website that welcomes a first-time visitor, a media hub that keeps sermons, photos, and events in one place, and a social media rhythm that reaches the people you serve.

The practice exists for organizations that carry real responsibility with a small team — a church office managing announcements between services, a food pantry coordinating volunteers, a community agency with one staff member who wears every hat. You do not need an agency retainer or a developer on call. You need a partner who scopes the work honestly, delivers on a date, and stays available after launch.

Every engagement follows the same shape: a written proposal, a defined rollout, a live client portal where you can see progress and payment status, and ongoing maintenance once the site is live. Projects are planned in phases, tested before launch, and handed over with documentation your team can follow. Delaney PM Consulting is led by founder and principal consultant Kyle Delaney, who brings ministry operations experience to every build — the work is done personally, not passed to a subcontractor.

  • How we work
  • Built for real teams

Your staff should be able to update the site without calling us first.

  • Launched, then maintained

Every build continues on a defined maintenance cadence after launch.

  • Visible progress

Clients follow milestones, payments, and next steps in a live project portal.

The person behind the platform

Behind every build is a household, a ministry, and a Sunday morning.

Delaney PM Consulting grew out of ministry work rather than agency work. We have set up chairs, held a toddler through the second service, and rebuilt a page on a Thursday night because the announcement had to be live by the weekend.

That is the standard your site is held to. Not a portfolio piece, but a working home for your people: clear enough for a first-time visitor, warm enough for the family who has been there twenty years, and simple enough that your team can update it without calling us first.

We prepare a launch the way we prepare a Sunday: in advance, tested twice, and covered by someone who will actually show up.

Tell us about your mission. We will map the build.

The scope builder asks a handful of questions — services, pages, colors, and your logo — then sends a request straight to our desk for a written proposal.
